How to set up your nodes

NWA Mesh System

• Long Fast: NWAMesh’s router nodes are currently running on Long Fast
• Broadcast: Nodes will broadcast name and locations every 24 hours
• 3-5 Hops (if you have trouble or are at the limits of the mesh you can try more hops)
• Ignore MQTT – True (Ensures nodes do not rely on cloud-based data relays.)
• OK to MQTT – True / False (Allows your node to appear on meshmap.net. Disable if not wanted.)

Portable Nodes

• Client Mute along 49 corridor with coverage.
• Client in areas with less coverage/nodes
• Broadcast name and locations – Try to keep this as high as possible to avoid congestion.

Fixed & Roof Top Nodes

• Client
• Client Base if you are using a 2 node system, pairing it with a Client Mute node.
• Broadcast name and locations – 24 or more hours.

Router & Router Late ?

• Please contact us before setting up a router. We are currently at a point in the size of the network it could do more harm than good.
